A Free Lunch for Unsupervised Domain Adaptive Object Detection without Source Data

چکیده
Unsupervised domain adaptation (UDA) assumes that source and target data are freely available usually trained together to reduce the gap. However, considering privacy inefficiency of transmission, it is impractical in real scenarios. Hence, draws our eyes optimize network without accessing labeled data. To explore this direction object detection, for first time, we propose a data-free adaptive detection (SFOD) framework via modeling into problem learning with noisy labels. Generally, straightforward method leverage pre-trained from generate pseudo labels optimization. difficult evaluate quality since no domain. In paper, self-entropy descent (SED) metric proposed search an appropriate confidence threshold reliable label generation using any handcrafted Nonetheless, completely clean still unattainable. After thorough experimental analysis, false negatives found dominate generated Undoubtedly, mining helpful performance improvement, ease simulation through augmentation like Mosaic. Extensive experiments conducted four representative tasks have demonstrated can easily achieve state-of-the-art performance. From another view, also reminds UDA community not fully exploited existing methods.

526 NOTICES OF THE AMS VOLUME 51, NUMBER 5 The notion of arbitrage is crucial in the modern theory of finance. It is the cornerstone of the option pricing theory due to F. Black and M. Scholes (published in 1973, Nobel Prize in Economics 1997). The underlying idea is best explained by telling a little joke. A finance professor and a normal person go on a walk, and the normal person sees a €100 ...
متن کاملAdaptive Object Detection From Multisensor Data
This paper focuses on developing self-adapting automatic object detection systems to achieve robust performance. Two general methodologies for performance improvement are first introduced. They are based on optimization of parameters of an algorithm and adaptation of the input to an algorithm. Different modified Hebbian learning rules are used to build adaptive feature extractors which transfor...

searching through a large volume of data is very critical for companies, scientists, and searching engines applications due to time complexity and memory complexity. In this paper, a new technique of generating FuzzyFind Dictionary for text mining was introduced. We simply mapped the 23 bits of the English alphabet into a FuzzyFind Dictionary or more than 23 bits by using more FuzzyFind Diction...

In the world of digital imaging and digitisation the current ubiquity of large proprietary brands can sometimes be seen as a hindrance when considering embarking on a digitisation project. Within digitisation, the issue of digital preservation is a constant reminder of the vulnerability of our digital assets and it is possibly this ubiquity of proprietary software and formats that is seen as be...
متن کاملUnsupervised Deep Domain Adaptation for Pedestrian Detection
This paper addresses the problem of unsupervised domain adaptation on the task of pedestrian detection in crowded scenes. First, we utilize an iterative algorithm to iteratively select and auto-annotate positive pedestrian samples with high confidence as the training samples for the target domain. Meanwhile, we also reuse negative samples from the source domain to compensate for the imbalance b...
